Every week, Adam Felber (host, also co-host of popular podcast “Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone”) and Kevin Burke (co-host, lead guitarist) break down playing the songs that they play in their band. Then, Brian Frank (chief vinyl officer) breaks out the “House of Wax” where they all discuss impactful records that have shaped the course of the musical landscape. Jeffy Branion (chief technology officer) provides insightful and hilarious commentary on all things music. The show covers all genres, and offers genuine critique and appreciation for the world of music.

About the Hosts

Adam Felber

Adam Felber is a comedian, comedy writer, and media personality, best known for his frequent appearances on NPR’s “Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me!” and as the co-host of the podcast “Nobody Listens to Paula Poundstone.” He’s written for film, TV, and print media, most notably for 11 seasons of HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher.” Adam spent his entire youth blowing all his money on albums, poring over lyric sheets and liner notes, watching retina-damaging amounts of MTV, and becoming a reasonably good keyboardist. Passably good. Not terrible. Adam’s content to play the least cool instrument in the band, but continues to resist Kevin’s ceaseless campaign to make him get a keytar. That’d be worse.

Kevin Burke

Kevin Burke, an Emmy-nominated writer and producer behind such animated fare as MARVEL’S ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN, STRETCH ARMSTRONG AND THE FLEX FIGHTERS, SUPER DINOSAUR, ROCKET AND GROOT, and many others, is first and foremost constantly, incessantly, and eternally thinking about rock. This affliction began sometime in the 1980’s when he first heard Van Halen, at which point his DNA was immediately and irrevocably altered. Be it bane or blessing, this is his cross to bear through every aspect of his life, whether playing guitar in his neighborhood band, living a life of domestic bliss, or writing and producing the aforementioned animated adventures for people all over the world.”

Brian Harris Frank

Brian Harris Frank has spent 25 years in the music industry innovating and advocating for artists and fans through executive roles at major labels (including Warner Bros. & Interscope), music technology companies (including Beats Music & Ticketmaster) and as an artist manager. Working on behalf of his current clients: Seether, Rodrigo y Gabriela, The Buddy Holly Estate, The Scott Weiland Estate, Fu Manchu, Ra Ra Riot, The Frights and Ceramic Animal; he has forged strategic relationships throughout the music and technology industries to build sustainable artist careers. Over the years, he has overseen campaigns for artists such as Prince, Tom Petty, Neil Young, The Black Keys, Robert Plant, Linkin Park, blink-182, Rise Against, Tori Amos, Weezer and more.
